Satay by the River

Reminiscent of the famous Satay Club along The Esplanade, Town Restaurant introduces “Satay By The River” – reviving the experience of enjoying traditional satay along Singapore’s historic port-of-call. From 19 to 29 July 2017, local satay masters from Haron Satay, Power Satay, and Sri Geylang Sate, together with the Fullerton’s team of chefs, fuel the nostalgia with a skewered meat grill-off as part of the daily dinner buffet at the restaurant’s recently renovated al fresco patio.
Sundays to Tuesdays:
S$56* per adult and S$28* per child^
Wednesdays to Saturdays:
S$69* per adult and S$34* per child^ with seafood selection; or S$89* per adult with barbecue buffet (and free-flowing draught beer and Singapore Sling) and S$44* per child^
