The chef owner of Michelin-starred Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle will bring his signature dish to Town Restaurant’s dinner buffet^: tender juicy soy-glazed chicken that requires five hours of preparation. Pair your buffet dinner with Tiger Draught Beer at an exclusive S$10* per pint.
Chef Chan will personally make an appearance on the following dates:
1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10 June 2017, between 7.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m.
SUNDAY TO TUESDAY

WEDNESDAY TO SATURDAY
S$69* per adult with a seafood selection or
S$89* per adult with seafood, barbecue selections and free-flowing Tiger draught beer and Singapore Slings for two hours;
