Choose from a Sunday Champagne Brunch, a Yayoi Kusama-inspired Afternoon Tea, and Themed Buffet Dinners in the timeless ambience of Singapore’s 71st National Monument. À La Carte Dim Sum Buffet, Family-style and Individual Set Dinner Menus at Jade
17 and 18 June, from 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
At the newly revamped Jade restaurant, enjoy an authentic Cantonese Dim Sum Brunch featuring over 50 handcrafted creations. For the occasion, Executive Chinese Chef Leong Chee Yeng has also created an eight-course Family-style Set Menu and Individual Dinner Set Menus filled with Cantonese favourites. The À La Carte Dim Sum Buffet is available for two seatings from 11.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., and 1.15 p.m. to 3.00 p.m., and priced at S$39* per adult and S$19*^ per child. The Family-style and Individual Set Dinner menus are both priced at S$88* per person, for a minimum of six persons for the Family-style Set Menu. Dad dines complimentary with two paying adults for the Individual Set Dinner Menu.
Four-course Italian Set Dinner at The Lighthouse Restaurant

On Father’s Day weekend, Chef de Cuisine Carlo Marengoni presents a four-course set dinner of authentic plates from his native country. Each hearty dish of seasonal seafood, pasta and roast meat, pays tribute to Dads from Singapore to Italy. The four-course Italian Set Dinner is priced at S$128* per person with a glass of house red or white wine.
Yayoi Kusama-inspired Afternoon Tea at The Courtyard
17 and 18 June, from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
The Courtyard debuts a Yayoi Kusama-inspired Afternoon Tea in line with the first major survey of her work at National Gallery Singapore. Five specially created sweets served on the top tier are drawn from her original pieces, some featuring the polka dots that are so synonymous with the iconic artist. Alongside this selection of sweets is the complete three-tier Afternoon Tea set of finger sandwiches, bite-sized pastries, assorted caked and freshly baked scones complemented by free-flowing tea and coffee. The Yayoi Kusama Afternoon Tea set is priced at S$49* per adult and S$25*^ per child. Complement your afternoon tea with a glass of house wine at an additional S$10*, or a flute of champagne at S$20*.
Sunday Champagne Brunch at Town Restaurant

Indulge in a champagne brunch buffet spread over one and a half floors and brimming with fresh seafood, European breakfast options, Japanese delicacies, a live carvery of meat, and a selection of local desserts and international cheeses. The Sunday Champagne Brunch with free-flowing champagne, house wine and beers is available at S$169* per person. The Sunday Brunch with free-flowing soft drinks and juices is priced at S$128* per adult and S$69*^ per child.
Themed Buffet Dinners at Town Restaurant
17 and 18 June, 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
Spend quality time with the man of your household at Saturday night’s “fresh off the grill” fiesta featuring local and international-flavoured barbecued meats over an extensive buffet with thirty four stations. On Sunday evening, the family-themed menu with a live Teppanyaki station and full carvery will delight both young and old. Town’s Themed Buffet Dinners are priced at S$69* per adult and S$34*^ per child. Diners may also opt to add a selection of barbecued meats for an additional S$20* per adult (inclusive of two-hour free-flowing draught beer and Singapore Slings), and S$10*^ per child.
